At Resolve Pilates, our mission is to challenge both the body and mind through our signature sequencing in a supportive and positive environment. We are dedicated to ensuring clients leave each class feeling strong and empowered.

Alignment and form are at the forefront of our practice at Resolve. Our classes encompass a combination of spinal movement, core activation, and balanced exercises, helping our students develop proper technique and achieve optimal results.

We strive to create an experience that not only motivates and inspires but also keeps our students coming back week after week. Our goal is to foster a sense of dedication and commitment to personal growth, leaving our students motivated to continue their journey towards strength and self-empowerment.

"Pilates with Friends." Located on Armitage Ave, a new small group reformer space will foster a sense of camaraderie and support among participants. With a cap of five reformers per session, Rachel and her hand-picked team of trained pilates professionals will provide a welcoming environment for individuals to connect and uplift one another. Pilates with Friends is not just a fitness studio—it's a hub for growth, inspiration, and connection within the local community.
