abigail
Studio Manager & Lead Instructor

Abigail is a professional dancer who was introduced to Pilates mat and Reformer at the age of 12 as a means of cross-training, injury prevention and overall physical wellness. Pilates supported her throughout her dance career in Chicago, allowing for increased mobility within strengthening that she found to be necessary even beyond stage life.
She is also an active member of community outreach programs, using her knowledge of movement to encourage healing among marginalized communities. She received her training through The Lab 500 hr comprehensive certification program and has previously taught at Equinox Lincoln Common as a private instructor.
Abigail believes in the power of Pilates to help people gain health longevity through postural awareness and alignment, enhancing breathing patterns, developing functional core strength, and reducing unnecessary tension through improved joint mobility.

MOLLY
Pilates Instructor

Molly fell in love with the foundation of Pilates as she grew up dancing. She was well versed in mat pilates from a young age, but started reformer Pilates in college and never looked back!
Pilates supplements the physical and mental technique that she recieved through dance, and loves how the practice can be tailored towards any individual. Molly completed her professional training through The Lab’s 500 hour comprehensive program which combines both classic and contemporary practices.
